SAM L10/L11 ARM® Cortex®-M23 MCUs

Microchip Technology SAM L10/L11 ARM^® Cortex^®-M23 MCUs are ultra-low power, 32-bit MCUs with TrustZone, crypto, and enhanced positive temperature coefficient (PTC). The SAM L10/L11 MCUs come with 32MHz ARM^® Cortex^®-M23 core with single-cycle hardware multiplier, hardware divider, Nested Vector Interrupt Controller (NVIC), and Memory Protection Unit (MPU). These MCUs feature power-on-reset, programmable brown-out detection, 8-channel DMAC, and 8-channel event system for inter-peripheral core-independent operation. The SAM L10/L11 MCUs come in a different range of flash memory (64kB, 32kB, and 16kB) and SRAM (16kB, 8kB, and 4kB). These MCUs come with flexible clock distribution optimised for low power and a 32.768kHz crystal oscillator. The SAML10/L11 MCUs offer active, idle, standby with partial or full SRAM retention, and off sleep modes.
