ROHM Semiconductor BD77501G CMOS Operational Amplifier

ROHM Semiconductor BD77501G CMOS Operational Amplifier is a high-speed single ground sense CMOS op-amp with an operating voltage ranging from 7V to 15V. This op-amp features a high slew rate and low-input bias current, making the device ideal for various applications, especially sensor amplifiers. The EMARMOUR™ series BD77501G CMOS op-amp offers EMI tolerance that makes it easy to replace with conventional products or simpler designing EMI. The circuit type does not oscillate even with a capacitance of several nF, but a set design is possible without worrying about oscillation due to output capacitance. The ROHM Semiconductor BD77501G amplifier is ideally used in sensor amplifiers, buffer application amplifiers, current monitoring amplifiers, and consumer electronics.

The BD77501G op-amp not only supports the high-speed amplification required in anomaly detection and other systems but also completely eliminates oscillation caused by load capacitance. This amplifier provides unprecedented EMI Immunity (noise immunity) that limits variation to less than ±20mV. This enables high-speed signal amplification without being affected by load capacitance or external noise when installed in the latter stages of sensor applications.
