Phoenix Contact M12 High-Flex Cordsets

Phoenix Contact designed the M12 High-Flex Cordsets for harsh motion applications that require continuous flexing, bending, and twisting during rigorous manufacturing processes. Developed as part of the Phoenix Contact PLUSCON SAC product line, the M12 High-Flex Cordsets provide torsional and bending strengths that exceed the normal PUR cable material and are flexible to 15,000,000 bend cycles. These IP65/IP68/IP69K rated cordsets offer excellent resistance to acids, alkaline solutions, and solvents and are halogen, silicone, and cadmium free. Ideally suited for areas such as robotics, motion systems, and C-track.
