Transphorm TDTTP2500B066B-KIT is a 2.5 kW bridgeless totem-pole power factor correction (PFC) board for evaluating high-efficiency, single-phase AC-DC conversion in datacenter power supplies and other industrial power supply designs. The kit incorporates a Microchip Technology dsPIC33CK and Transphorm GaN FETs in the fast-switching leg of the circuit. The kit also uses low-resistance MOSFETs in the slow-switching leg of the circuit. This results in improved performance and efficiency.
