Vishay / BC Components A...P Axial Leaded Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors (MLCCs) are AEC-Q200 qualified and designed for automotive applications. The MLCCs are constructed using "Precious Metal Technology" (PMT/NME) with a wet build process. The chip inserts feature coppery steel wire lead terminations with 100% tin plate matte finish, and the epoxy coating provides mechanical strength for assembly extended-life environmental protection. Vishay / BC Components A...P Axial Leaded MLCCs are Class 1 and Class 2 capacitors with a high operating temperature up to +160°C. This compact series offers a 100pF to 1µF capacitance range and 50VDC, 100VDC, or 200VDC rated voltage.
