These diodes provide robust protection against voltage transients from inductive load switching and lightning and are optimized for automated placement in high‑volume manufacturing environments. The 3KDFN TVS diodes feature a low‑profile, leadless DFN package with side‑wettable flanks suitable for customer Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
