Vishay Semiconductors 3KDFN12CA thru 3KDFN100CA TVS Diodes are Transzorb® TVS designed to protect sensitive electronics from voltage spikes. These diodes provide robust protection against voltage transients from inductive load switching and lightning and are optimized for automated placement in high‑volume manufacturing environments. The 3KDFN TVS diodes feature a low‑profile, leadless DFN package with side‑wettable flanks suitable for customer Automated Optical Inspection (AOI).
