Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS30Q Standard Rectifiers are high‑voltage surface‑mount standard rectifiers designed for demanding power applications. These rectifiers are built using planar technology and offer low forward conduction, low power loss, and high efficiency. The PLDS30Q rectifiers feature 30A average forward current and 1200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, providing robust performance in high‑voltage circuits.
