Taiwan Semiconductor PLDS30Q Standard Rectifiers are high‑voltage surface‑mount standard rectifiers designed for demanding power applications. The PLDS30Q rectifiers feature 30A average forward current and 1200V repetitive peak reverse voltage, providing robust performance in high‑voltage circuits. These rectifiers are housed in a compact D2PAK-D package, making them suitable for automated assembly and space‑constrained designs.
