Vishay / Siliconix Si7454FDP N-Channel 100V MOSFET is a TrenchFET® Gen IV power MOSFET with very low RDS x Qg figure-of-merit (FOM). The Si7454FDP has a 23.5A ID and 8nC Qg. The Vishay / Siliconix Si7454FDP MOSFET is housed in a single PowerPAK® SO-8 package and has a specified -55°C to +150°C operating junction and storage temperature range.

The Si7454FDP is ideal for synchronous rectification, primary-side switch, DC/DC converters, power supplies, and motor drive control applications.
