Silicon Labs EFR32MG22E Wireless Gecko System-on-Chips (SoCs) offer an optimized Zigbee® SoC solution with a 76.8MHz Arm® Cortex®-M33 and a high-performance 2.4GHz radio. This energy-efficient, wireless module is designed for IoT-connected, energy-constrained applications. The EFR32MG22E includes a 12-channel peripheral reflex system that enables autonomous interaction of MCU peripherals. This single-die solution also features up to 512kB flash and 32kB RAM as well as a fast cold start boot time and wake-up from EM4, making it ideal for energy-friendly, multiprotocol networking for IoT devices that require fast startup. Silicon Labs EFR32MG22E Wireless Gecko is designed for applications such as lighting and building controls, industrial sensors, energy harvesting, and Zigbee green power and home automation.Features
