Siemens SIRIUS 3RF4 Solid-State Switching Devices

Siemens SIRIUS 3RF4 Solid-State Switching Devices provide wear-free and noiseless switching of motors. The series is designed for frequently switching on/off AC drives up to 7.5kW and for reversing up to 3.0kW. These Siemens solid-state switching devices are fully insulated and can be mounted directly onto motor starter protectors, overload relays, and SIRIUS current monitoring relays. 3RF4 three-phase solid-state contactors are equipped with a two-phase control suitable for typical motor circuits without a connection to the neutral conductor. Siemens SIRIUS 3RF4 switching devices with a width of 45mm cover motors up to 2.2kW, and those with a width of 90mm cover motors up to 3kW.
