Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators

Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators support most industrial supply rails with one pin-out. The RAA211x regulators offer flexible design portability, compatible pinouts, best-in-class load-regulation accuracy, and peak-current-mode control with internal compensation. An optional external bias LDO input can reduce power dissipation across the load range. The Renesas Electronics RAA211x DC-DC Regulators are available in a 4mm x 3.5mm QFN or an HTSSOP package.
