Qorvo QPF0219 10W Transmit/Receive Module

Qorvo QPF0219 10W Transmit/Receive Module is a multi-chip Front-End Module (FEMs) designed for 2GHz to 18GHz Wide-Band radar applications. The FEM integrates a T/R switch, a limiter, a low-noise amplifier, and a power amplifier. The transmit power is 10W saturated with 20% PAE, and the large-signal gain is 13dB, while the small-signal gain is 19dB. The receiver noise figure is 4dB, with 14dB small-signal gain and 21dBm P1dB. This multi-die FEM leverages optimal semiconductor technologies for each functional block to maximize performance in challenging radar applications. The power amplifier and T/R switch are GaN-on-SiC, while the limiter and LNA are GaAs.

The Qorvo QPF0219 10W Transmit/Receive Module is packaged in an 8mm x 8mm air cavity QFN and offers exceptional performance in a compact footprint.
