PEM SO-RT™ Free Running Locking Standoffs

PEM SO-RT™ Free-Running Locking Standoffs feature a self-clinching design, ideal for applications requiring mounting panels or components. When pressed into round holes, these fasteners permanently mount into metal sheets as thin as .025"/0.63mm. Self-clinching standoffs are available with PEM RT free-running locking threads that generate friction proportional to the clamp load induced by tightening the bolted joint. These standoffs improve load distribution across all threads, resist vibrational loosening, and feature locking that remains consistent regardless of on/off cycles.
