Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2016 LDO Voltage Regulators

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MPQ2016 Low Dropout (LDO) Voltage Regulators are low power regulators that supply power to the systems with high voltage batteries. These linear regulators offer a wide 4V to 40V input voltage range, low dropout voltage, and 12μA quiescent supply current. The MPQ2016 regulators provide a good line transient response time and 50dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio (PSRR). These voltage regulators can be set externally from an adjustable output ranging from 1.2V to 24V through a simple resistor divider network. The MPQ2016 regulators also include thermal shutdown and current limiting fault protection. These regulators are available in a QFN-8 package and are AEC-Q100 qualified. Typical applications include battery-powered systems, notebook computers, small-battery packs, and handheld devices.
