Hand crimp tools are ideal for low-volume users and include a range of snap-on modules that mount to a common pistol or bench-mounted holder. The modules can be changed to suit various connector styles. Depending on the application, these tools typically yield production rates of up to approximately 180 terminations per hour.

Applicators

Molex applicators are designed for industry-standard mounting and a shut height of 135.80mm (5.346"). The applicators are easy to set up, and users can make simple adjustments to ensure optimal crimps. These tools are compatible with most industry-standard benchtop crimping presses and wire processors for mid-volume crimping solutions. Mechanical and pneumatic feed options are also available.

Insertion & Extraction Tools

Insertion and extraction tools are designed to insert and extract a terminal from the connector housing. These convenient tools are also designed to prevent damage to the terminal or housing during the insertion or extraction process.

Fully Automatic Machines

For high volumes, fully automatic machines can increase productivity for the end user. These applicators will process in most of the industry-standard wire processors available. For automatic tools, production rates of up to 3000 terminations per hour for discrete wire can be accomplished, depending on the application.
