Mill-Max 0900 and 0906 Spring-Loaded Connectors

Mill-Max 0900 and 0906 Series Spring-Loaded Connectors provide a reliable electrical connection in the most rigorous environments. Precision-machined gold-plated contacts with a low-resistance spring maintain a consistent electrical path for maximum continuity. Series 0900 and 0906 have been tested to a minimum of 50G shock and 10G vibration with no spikes >1µs and >1.15V with 0.5A applied. Maximum endurance is one million electrically silent cycles. The strip assemblies have .100" mounting grid, with low- and high-profile surface mount styles available with .137mm, .155mm, .177mm, .217mm, .236mm, 2.56mm, and 2.95 pin lengths. Mill-Max 0900 and 0906 Series Spring-Loaded Connectors are well-suited for internal battery connection, change base for portable instruments, and PCB connection.
