Mill-Max Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Pins & Pin Receptacles

Mill-Max Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Pins and Pin Receptacles offer an array of nail head pins, press-fit pins and receptacles, and receptacles with tails for application flexibility. These hardware components are constructed from a brass alloy shell material with two types of shell plating: gold over nickel and tin (matte finish) over nickel. Depending on the product, mounting options include through-hole solder mount, press-fit into a plated through hole (PTH), press-fit into a non-plated through-hole (NPTH), and, as an alternative method for some parts, through-hole soldertail. The mounting hole sizes range from 0.044" (1.118mm) up to 0.091" (2.311mm). The receptacles offer a minimum of 1000 mechanical cycles, gold-over-nickel contact plating, and a maximum current of 12A or 24A. Mill-Max PCB Pins and Pin Receptacles are RoHS compliant and have a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
