Mikroe EEPROM clicks provide additional memory for storing initialization and configuration data. Mikro EEPROM Clicks provide communication with the target microcontroller (MCU) through the microBUS SPI or I2C interface.

    • Industry-standard I2C communication interface.
    • Three SMD jumpers allow hardware setting of EEPROM address in I2C bus
    • Provided DIP socket makes EEPROM easily replaceable.
  • EEPROM 2 Click
    • 256KB of memory
    • Write speed within 10ms (byte/page)
    • SPI interface
    • 3.3V or 5V power supply
    • 4 million write cycles, 200 years data retention, ESD protection
  • EEPROM 3 Click
    • AT24CM02 serial EEPROM
    • 256KB of memory
    • I²C interface
    • 3.3V or 5V power supply
