Littelfuse QJxx25xHx High-Temperature Alternistor Triacs
Littelfuse QJxx25xHx High-Temperature Alternistor Triacs are 25A solid-state switches designed for AC switching and phase control applications, including motor speed and temperature modulation controls, lighting controls, and static switching relays. The internally constructed isolated packages offer ease of heat sinking with a high isolation voltage. Alternistor triac components operate in Quadrants I, II, and III and are used in circuits requiring high dv/dt capability. The Littelfuse QJxx25xHx High-Temperature Alternistor Triacs are ideal for applications with high inductive loads requiring high commutation performance.Features
