Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4100PS Microcontrollers

Infineon Technologies PSOC™ 4100PS Microcontrollers are 32-bit Arm® Cortex™-MO+ Programmable System-on-Chip (PSOC) based intelligent analog family of microcontrollers. These 4100PS MCUs include an embedded system controller with CPU core and configurable digital and analog peripheral. The PSOC 4100PS MCUs deliver various analog capabilities such as ADCs, DACs, opamps, comparators, and interconnecting mux. These MCUs offer 24MHz to 48MHz clock frequency, up to 32KB Flash, and 4KB SRAM. The PSOC 4100PS MCUs provide low-power Capacitive Sensing (CapSense) solutions and Smart I/Os ideal for smart sensor applications.

The PSOC 4100PS microcontrollers include programmable voltage references, up to 38 GPIOs, four opamps, and two low power comparators. These MCUs are available in 28-SSOP, 45-WLCSP, 48-TQFP, and 48-QFN packages. Typical applications include industrial sensing, motor control, consumer, and wearables.
