ams OSRAM Mira016 CMOS Image Sensors

ams OSRAM Mira016 CMOS Image Sensors are compact 0.16MP Near IR enhanced global shutter image sensors developed for 2D and 3D consumer and industrial machine vision applications. The Mira016 sensors have a tiny 2.79µm pixel size with high sensitivity utilizing BSI technology. The sensors feature a MIPI CSI-2 interface to enable easy interfacing with numerous processors and FPGAs. The ams OSRAM Mira016 CMOS Image Sensors are ideal for 2D and 3D applications, including eye tracking in ARVR, by implementing a small 1.8mm x 1.8mm size, configurability, and high sensitivity both in visual and NIR wavelengths. Additionally, low active power and high sensitivity in NIR increase measurement range and overall system power consumption for battery-powered consumer and industrial applications.
