Infineon Technologies Eval-1ED3144MC12H-SiC Evaluation Board

Infineon Technologies Eval-1ED3144MC12H-SiC Evaluation Board allows the demonstration of the 1ED3144MC12H EiceDRIVER™ isolated gate driver IC in a half-bridge configuration. The board can be used to evaluate other pin-compatible ICs from the EiceDRIVER 1ED314xMC12H gate driver family by replacing the gate driver ICs.

The Infineon Eval-1ED3144MC12H-SiC evaluation board arrives with two unassembled IMZA120R020M1H CoolSiC™ 1200V SiC Trench MOSFETs in a TO247-4 package. Any other desired switches, such as Infineon IGBTs, CoolSiC, or CoolMOS™ transistors, can substitute for these switches.

    • Reinforced isolation as per IEC 60747-17 with VIORM = 1767V (planned)
