AS2376Q AEC-Q100 Precision Operational Amplifiers

Diodes Incorporated AS2376Q AEC-Q100 Precision Operational Amplifiers are low noise (9.5nV), low offset (25μV maximum) devices that are precision optimized by using post-package trim. With a 5.5MHz bandwidth, the op-amps are suitable for a wide array of filtering and control applications. The low voltage operation, 950μA (maximum) low quiescent current, and excellent PSRR make the AS2376Q suitable for direct battery-powered and noise-sensitive applications with noisy low-voltage rails.
