SiP32454 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch

Vishay Siliconix SiP32454 Slew Rate Controlled Load Switch is a slew rate controlled integrated high side load switch that operates in the input voltage range from 0.8V to 2.5V. The SiP32454 is an N-channel MOSFET switching element that provides a 28mΩ switch on resistance. It has a 1ms at 1.2V and 1.5ms at 2.5V slow slew rate that limits the in-rush current and minimizes the switching noise. This load switch's low voltage logic control threshold can interface with low voltage control I/O directly without extra level shift or driver. A 2MΩ pull-down resistor is integrated at logic control EN pin. The Vishay Siliconix SiP32454 integrates a switch OFF output discharge circuit.

The Smart Load Switch family provides improved controllability, safety and compact sizes in designs for power distribution, sequencing and protection. These load switches can be used to distribute the power from the DC/DC converter and sequence it in the appropriate order, reducing the board space required.
