ESDHCxVP4 ESD Diodes

Micro Commercial Components (MCC)  ESDHCxVP4 ESD Diodes are high-current and high-power protection diodes designed to offer protection in high transient currents. These diodes are available with 15V or 24V reverse standoff voltage. The ESDHCxVP4 diodes feature low leakage current, 24V to 60V low clamping voltage range, and 5000W high peak pulse power. These ESD diodes operate within the -55°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in a compact DFN2020-3L package. The ESDHCxVP4 diodes comply with IEC 61000-4-2 standards of up to ±30kV for air and contact discharges. These diodes deliver the reliability and versatility required for crucial applications, including communication ports, network equipment and automation equipment.
