LTC238x-18 18-Bit SAR ADCs

Analog Devices Inc. LTC238x-18 are low noise, high speed, 18-bit successive approximation register (SAR) analog-to-digital converters (ADC) available in 5Msps, 10Msps, and 15Msps. The devices are ideally suited for a wide range of applications. The combination of excellent linearity and wide dynamic range makes the components ideal for high-speed imaging and instrumentation applications. No-latency operation provides a unique solution for high-speed control loop applications.
