The STM STPS2H100-Y Automotive Power Schottky Diodes provide a high level of performance in compact and flat packages that withstand high operating junction temperature.

These devices feature a broad package offering, with through-hole and surface mount industry standard outlines, as well as the PowerFLAT™ package. This selection of power Schottky diodes are designed to meet the strict requirements of the automotive industry and are AEC-Q101 qualified.
