Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Low-Profile Schottky Barrier Rectifiers are designed for high-demand applications. These MCC rectifiers feature a common cathode configuration and low forward voltage. The devices come in a TO-263AC package with a height of just 1.7mm for easy design integration. Designed to minimize power losses and enhance performance, these rectifiers support 45V to 200V working voltage ranges and 20A to 30A forward current per device. The devices are ideal in switch-mode power supplies, motor controls, freewheeling diodes, and other applications requiring high performance in tight spaces.
