Solid Body Press-In Inserts

SI (Standard Inserts) Solid Body Press-In Inserts feature a retention fin design for significantly better pullout performance than other solid body press-in inserts. These SI non-slotted, cold-press inserts outperform standard press-in inserts, creating strong, reusable threads without requiring heat or ultrasonics for installation. Pullout values in ABS plastic reach up to 142lbs. for larger sizes, and torque-out values exceed 36 in. lbs. SI Solid Body Press-In Inserts excel in harder plastics, including most thermoset resins, making them ideal for diverse applications across multiple industries. Multiple configuration options include standard straight-wall installation designs and flanged-head designs for higher tensile pull loads in reverse-entry applications.
