NCV84003F Single Channel High Side Driver

onsemi NCV84003F Single Channel High-Side Driver can be used to switch a wide variety of loads, such as bulbs, solenoids, and other actuators. The device incorporates advanced protection features such as active inrush current management, over-temperature shutdown with latch-off. A dedicated current-sense pin provides precision analog current monitoring of the output, as well as fault indication for output short circuit to supply, overload, overtemperature, OUT short circuit to GND, and OFF-state open-load detection. A diagnostic enable pin on the onsemi NCV84003F allows all diagnostic and current sense features to be enabled or disabled during device operation.
