Infineon 24V_SHIELD_BTT6030 24V Protected Switch Arduino Shield is an evaluation board that allows for fast and inexpensive prototyping of 24V load driving. The board is compatible with Arduino microcontroller boards and with XMC™ microcontroller kits. The shield is equipped with three PROtected high-side power MOSFETs. The MOSFETs are from the PROFET™+ 24V family (2x BTT6030-2EKA, 1x BTT6020-1EKA) with five 24V channels in total.
