Nisshinbo Micro Devices NT1822GVAE1S SPDT Switch offers high isolation for wireless communication systems, especially in Wi-Fi® 7 applications. The NT1822 supports high isolation between RF terminals around 40dB in high frequency up to 7.125GHz. The device attains low insertion loss and high linearity for 1.8V low operating voltage and 1.2V low control voltage.
