TLP383 Photo Transistor Output Photocoupler

Toshiba TLP383 Photo Transistor Output Photocoupler is a photocoupler of low input and high isolation type with a phototransistor optically coupled to an InGaAs infrared emitting diode. This device comes in a 4-pin SO6L package. The TLP383 is guaranteed high isolation voltage (5000Vrms) and a wide operating temperature range (Ta = -55ºC to 125ºC). The Toshiba TLP383 has a small and thin package compared with a standard DIP package. This feature makes it suitable for high-density surface mounting applications such as programmable controllers.
