STMicroelectronics ESDZX168B-1BF4 Bidirectional Single Line TVS Diode is designed to protect data lines or other I/O ports against ESD transients. Thanks to its extra-low capacitance, it can protect high-speed differential lines without impacting signal integrity. The STMicroelectronics ESDZX168B-1BF4 can also protect the most sensitive submicron technology circuits with an extremely low clamping voltage.
