ULN2803C 50V 500mA 8-Channel Darlington Array

Texas Instruments ULN2803C 50V 500mA Eight-Channel Darlington Array consists of eight NPN Darlington pairs. These pairs feature high-voltage outputs with common-cathode clamp diodes for switching inductive loads. The collector-current rating of each Darlington pair is 500mA. Each Darlington pair can be connected in parallel for higher current capability.
