4000B Function Generators

B&K 4000B Series Function Generators use a DDS (digital design synthesis) design. Model 4007B and Model 4013B generate waveforms with high signal precision and stability and feature sweep capability. Model 4014B and Model 4040B are high-performance generators with high-end features such as AM/FM modulation and Internal/External triggering. These generators are suitable for education and other applications that need basic DDS function generators with sweep capability.
