GS8M Recovery Rectifier

Nexperia GS8M Recovery Rectifier is a 1000V, 8A rectifier with high forward surge capability. This rectifier features a glass passivated chip junction and is ideal for automated placement. The GS8M rectifier offers a good recovery time and is encapsulated in an SOD1003-1 SMC package. This rectifier offers a storage temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. The GS8M recovery rectifier is used in rectification, reverse polarity protection, and freewheeling applications.
