bq34110EVM-796 Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments bq34110EVM-796 Evaluation Module (EVM) is a complete evaluation system for the bq34110. The bq34110 is a wide range gas gauge that supports multiple battery chemistries, including Li-Ion, LiFePO4, lead-acid (PbA), Nickel Metal Hydride (NiMH), and Nickel Cadmium (NiCd). These chemistries are supported when combined with an EV2400 USB adapter and Windows™-based PC software. The circuit module includes one bq34110 integrated circuit (IC) and all other components necessary to monitor and predict capacity in one or more series cell battery packs. The circuit module connects directly to the battery. With the EV2400 interface adapter and software, it is possible to read the bq34110 data registers and program the chip for different pack configurations. The user can also log cycling data for further evaluation and evaluate the overall functionality of the Texas Instruments bq34110 solution under other charge and discharge conditions.
