REFWATERPUMP150W 12V Reference Design

Infineon Technologies REFWATERPUMP150W 12V Reference Design is specifically tailored for 150W water pump applications. The main components used in the design are the MOTIX™ TLE9954EQW40, a System-on-Chip (SoC) solution which integrates an Arm® Cortex®-M23 core along with a LIN transceiver, bridge driver, and power supply, enabling sensorless FOC. An Infineon OptiMOS™ 7 40V MOSFET (IAUCN04S7N024H) in a SSO8 package and an OptiMOS 7 40V MOSFET (IAUZN04S7N032) in a S3O8 package are also included.
