MSPM0H321x Mixed-Signal Microcontroller

Texas Instruments MSPM0H321x Mixed-Signal Microcontrollers (MCUs) are based on the enhanced Arm® Cortex®-M0+ core platform operating at a frequency of up to 32MHz. These cost-optimized modules operate with supply voltages from 4.5V, support an extended temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and feature high-performance analog peripheral integration. The series provides up to 64KB embedded flash program memory with 8KB SRAM and includes a high-speed on-chip oscillator with up to ±1.2% accuracy, eliminating the need for an external crystal. The MCU's architecture and low-power modes are optimized to achieve extended battery life in portable measurement applications. Typical applications for TI MSPM0H321x MCUs include medical and healthcare, personal electronics, connected peripherals and printers, appliances, factory automation control, and lighting.
