ABS15 Series Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers

Taiwan Semiconductor's ABS15 Series Glass Passivated Bridge Rectifiers offer a glass passivated bridge rectifier in a reliable low-cost molded plastic construction. They are ideal for automated placement and feature a high surge current capability with a UL flammability classification rating of 94V-0. These devices are compliant with RoHS Directive 2011/65EU (in accordance with WEEE 2002/96/EC) and are halogen-free according to IEC 61249-2-21 definition. This series currently is available with a VRRM rating of either 600V or 1000V and has an IF(AV) rating of 1.5A.
