RDDRONE-BMS772 Battery Management System (BMS)

NXP Semiconductors RDDRONE-BMS772 Battery Management System (BMS) is suitable for mobile robotics such as drones and rovers and supports 3- to 6-cell batteries. This BMS performs ADC conversion on the differential cell voltages and currents and is capable of accurately counting and measuring battery-charge coulomb and temperature. The RDDRONE-BMS772 BMS communicates with a Flight Management Unit (FMU) through UAVCAN and/or SMBus and allows battery authentication. This system features active cell balancing during charging, deep sleep mode with low leakage current, and automatic sleep mode with low current consumption on the battery.
