TLX9152M Photocoupler Photorelay

Toshiba TLX9152M Photocoupler Photorelay features an infrared emitting diode and a high-voltage MOSFET, making it ideal for battery-related control applications. The Toshiba TLX9152M supports a peak off-state voltage of at least 900V and a maximum trigger LED current of 3mA. It can handle an on-state current of up to 50mA with a maximum on-state resistance of 250Ω for short durations. The device offers robust isolation with a minimum isolation voltage of 5000 VRMS, alongside an 8mm clearance and creepage distance, and an insulation thickness of 0.4mm. The TLX9152M is also AEC-Q101 certified and features an outer resin with a CTI rating of over 600, ensuring high levels of reliability in demanding environments.
