T54 capacitors feature ultra-low ESR, no wear-out effect, high ripple current capability, and stable capacitance over operating temperature, voltage, and frequency range. The high-reliability processing includes accelerated voltage conditioning, thermal shock, and statistical DC leakage screening at elevated temperatures and voltage.
