Central Semiconductor CSHD10-100C Schottky rectifiers consist of two 5A Schottky rectifiers in a common cathode configuration. These Central Semiconductor rectifiers feature low forward voltage (V_F) of 0.8V at 5A. The energy-efficient CSHD10-100C provides elevated temperature performance and single, dual, or parallel configurations.
