S29CD016J Flash NOR Memory

Infineon Technologies S29CD016J Flash NOR Memory device is floating product fabricated on 110nm process technology. The S29CD016J flash memory is capable of performing simultaneous read and write operations with zero latency on two separate banks. The S29CD016J flash NOR memory operates up to 75MHz (32Mb) or 66MHz (16Mb) and uses a single device supply of 2.5VCC to 2.75VCC. The flash NOR devices are available with dual boot sector configuration, supports Common Flash Interface (CFI), and 20 years of data retention. The Infineon S29CDxJ burst flash device is ideal for demanding automotive applications.
