KEMET Capacitor Kits are designed to provide active solutions to the passive component requirements characterized by professional OEM engineering design, prototyping, university lab research, and hobbyist users. These kits contain multiple pieces of each part number and a KEMET catalog outlining drawings, dimensions, marking format, recommended mounting pad dimensions, and ordering information.

Group Power Conversion Components

YAGEO Group (YAGEO, Pulse, KEMET) designs passive component technologies that are critical in power conversion systems, including safety, snubber, and DC link capacitors; current sense and power resistors; and magnetic components such as transformers, common mode chokes, and inductors. Because every electronic device requires power, a vast majority of these products utilize a form of power conversion or power supply to deliver the required energy. 

Engineering Kits

KEMET offers a variety of engineering kits that exhibit its lineup of ceramic, film, polymer, and tantalum capacitors, supercapacitors, inductors, EMI suppression technologies, and applications. Film Capacitors

KEMET Film Capacitors are available as a complete line of power film and paper capacitors, available in both surface-mount and through-hole form factors. These devices are designed for use in all types of electronic equipment in various industries. KEMET Film Capacitors are ideal for power and alternative energy, industrial, telecommunications, automotive, military, medical, and consumer electronics.

R41 & R46 Film Capacitor Sample Kit

KEMET R41 and R46 Film Capacitor Sample Kit features metallized polypropylene film capacitors that have self-healing properties. These capacitors are used as interference suppressors for across-the-line applications. Both series are suitable for use where a capacitor failure could lead to the danger of electric shock. KEMET R41 and R46 Film Capacitor Sample Kit contains 23 part numbers, with three pieces each, and a capacitance range of 0.10μF to 0.68μF.

EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors

KEMET EMI/RFI Suppression Capacitors offer a maximum voltage rating of 760VAC and are ideal for capacitive power supplies. The KEMET portfolio of EMI/RFI suppression capacitors includes the following series: F861, F862, F871, F872, F873, F881, P278, P295, PHE844, PHE845, PHZ9004, PME264, PME271E, PME271M, PME271Y, PME295, PZB300, R41, R41-T, R46, R47, R49, and SMP253.

Capacitor Engineering Kits

KEMET offers a variety of Tantalum and Ceramic Capacitor Engineering Kits. The KEMET Engineering Kits provide active solutions to the passive component requirements characterized in professional OEM engineering design, prototyping, university lab research, and by hobbyist users. Each kit contains outlined drawings, dimensions, marking format, recommended mounting pad dimension, and ordering information. The Ceramic Engineering Kit contains 20 to 100 pieces of each value and the Tantalum Engineering Kit contain 20 pieces of each value.
