RSS065N06HZG N-Channel 60V 6.5A Power MOSFET

ROHM Semiconductor RSS065N06HZG N-Channel 60V 6.5A Power MOSFET is a low on-resistance device housed in a small surface-mount package (SOP8). The RSS065N06HZG features Pb-free plating and is RoHS compliant. The MOSFETs are also halogen-free, have Sn100% plating, and are AEC-Q101 qualified.
