TLE Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors

Panasonic TLE POSCAP™ Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors offer up to 6.3V rated voltage, a rated capacitance range of 100μF to 330μF, and high durability under a high temperature of +125°C at 2000 hours. The small surface-mount package has dimensions of only 3.5mm x 2.8mm x 1.9mm (L x W x H). These capacitors utilize sintered tantalum as an anode system and highly conductive polymer created via Panasonic's unique method as a cathode system. The series provides high reliability, low equivalent series resistance (ESR), high characteristic stability, and RoHS compliance. Panasonic TLE POSCAP Conductive Polymer Tantalum Solid Capacitors are ideally suited for noise reduction and smoothing power line voltage for high-load current applications, including CPUs / GPUs, base stations, USB Type-C™, and more.
