DPC6137 High Speed Photocouplers

Diodes Incorporated DPC6137 High-Speed Photocouplers feature 5,000VRMS isolation voltage and a 10Mbps rate in a PDIP-8, MDIP-8, or SL-8 package. The photocouplers offer 10Mbps typical high speed and are LSTTL/TTL and 5V CMOS compatible. The Diodes Inc DPC6137 High-Speed Photocouplers are lead-free and RoHS compliant with matte tin-plated leads solderable per MIL-STD-202 finish.
